A. You will earn 1 point for every Rs. 200 spent Mascaramafia.com. Earning of Rewards points will continue for as long as your account is held with Mascara Mafia
Q. How do I keep a record of my Rewards points?
A. Your Rewards points will appear in your Account when you logged in at www.mascaramafia.com. You can also email at sales@mascaramafia.com any time for your Rewards points update.
Q. Can I exchange my Rewards points for cash?
A. No, Rewards points are not encashable. Points can only be redeemed against products.
Q. When do I exchange my points for Rewards? And how?
A. When you have earned enough points for your desired product, simply email us at rewards@mascaramafia.com and send product details which you want to redeem
